The goal of holistic medicine is to achieve balance so true healing can occur, addressing aspects of mind, body, and spirit together. Dr. Tamara Hebbler facilitates healing with a variety of modalities, including nutrition, nutraceuticals, glandulars, homeopathy, herbs, flower essences, chiropractics, and energy therapies.
The initial consultation is very extensive and includes a full life history of your four-legged companion and a thorough physical exam. Dr. Hebbler will empower you through education regarding the holistic paradigm, diet/nutrition, and the vaccination controversy. It is best if all the members of the household who are primary in the care of your pet can attend. The information you receive will be invaluable for true dis-ease prevention for all your current and future pets. It will also help raise your consciousness and awareness as a responsible animal guardian. The first appointment usually lasts about 1-1½ hours, but we recommend you set aside at least 2 hours.
Prior to the visit, please contact all previous veterinarians and pick-up all previous medical records. You can request that they fax or mail the medical records to us. If faxing directly to us (858) 350-6567, make sure it is marked "Attention Healing Hope." Please specifically request the "doctor's notes," since invoices are not helpful. X-rays will usually need to be picked up in person. Also, bring any medications or supplements your pet is currently taking.
We have a very busy schedule and with an increasing demand for holistic options, it can take more than three weeks to schedule an initial consultation. We value your time and ask that you respect ours. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee equal to the price of the initial consultation of $143.00. We appreciate your understanding in regards to this policy.

Please complete these forms and bring them with you. It is imperative that you do the research to determine the full medical and vaccination life history. You may need to review medical records yourself or contact all previous veterinarians. This information is very important to Dr. Hebbler for thorough evaluation.
