Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Healing Hope!
Prior to contacting our office, please take the time to explore our extensive client handouts and educational material (located here). They are an outstanding free resource for those just getting started, and can help you decide if holistic care and Healing Hope may be a good fit for your family!
Once you are ready to begin, please fully read and fill out the two pdf forms below.
Once we have your forms, our New Client Coordinator will call you to set up your initial appointment(s). A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointments.

Tips: Healing Hope is a consultation practice. This means that you will be billed for the doctor or practitioner's time spent on your individual case, be that in person, or on the phone. We recommend that phone consults are scheduled when you have distraction-free time to speak with the doctor or practitioner.
Prior to your phone consult, you may find it helpful to create a list of questions or topics that you would like to discuss so as to make the best use of your time.

Please note: Healing Hope requires that all prospective new clients have a phone consult prior to scheduling initial office appointments.
The following forms must be completed and returned prior to you and your pet's first office consultation with Dr. Hebbler.
If your pet currently has any behaviour challenges, please also fill out the General Pet Behaviour Problems form, and your pet's species specific form.
